Applied Credit, applied Bank Visa unfair fees

These people need to be closed down, they may very well cause me to go under, i did make a small mistake but the fees are so bad i never get caught up with them, no matter i how much i pay. I wish something could be done fast, i would be willing to be part of a class action suite. I hope one is started.
