I have never applied for new credit card to them in recent past twelve months (From july 14 till now)

I received aletter from FIA card providers dated september, August

It claims that thy cannot appove the charge card software because of deliquency, derogatory public report (s).

Our protest is I've never requested fresh charge card for them in recent times 12 months (From september 14 till nowadays September 15.)

As all request to credit agencies include damaging to my credit history, I desire one to consider necessary actions.
