Us search has charged my credit card $14.95 for the last two months for a one-time search. The most recent is pageland

US Search has deducted my debit card $14.95 for the past two months for a search that I did two months ago. I use a pre-paid Visa Card. I loaded the card on July 1 with $200 to pay my publisher for services I needed. When the company ran the card, it declined because of the $14.95 deduction. I am so tired of this. I cannot afford to give this company money for services not rendered. Please help me. If I need to contact them personally, please tell me how;this is all new to me.
