Company charges 9.95 to your charge card without any permission

I bought a chair from the JC PENNY WEB SITE in September and starting in October through the present, February they have charged my credit card, AIR TRAN VISA, $9.95 each month. My credit card company claims this is a recurring charge authorized by me. IT WAS NOT AND I ONLY COUGHT UP TO THIS SCAM BECAUSE I PAID OFF THE CARD AND HAD ONLY THAT CHARGE THIS MONTH.

Stay away from the penny web site and store. Do not use ant card, credit or debit there
