I can't even begin to share all of the horrible experiences I have and continue to have with Fairbanks Capital Corp.in brief, they send me statements about once every 4 months, they record my payments late and then charge me late fees and have even started foreclosure proceedeings at one time, which I had to pay over $1,000 more than I owed just to keep my house. I am so very angry with this company and believe that they are intentionally frauding honest people and knowningly practice corrupt business procedures. I am in the process of contacting an attorney and am aware that there is a class action law suit being formed against this company. Hopefully we can stop Fairbanks Capital Corp. From ever running a business again before more people lose there homes.
