Fairbanks Capital AKA Equicredit
RIPOFF mistreated and ripped off

It all started in april when we recieved a letter stating that we must send all payments now to our new company Fairbanks Capital. We previously had a mortgage with equicredit. Well in may we missed our may 15th payment and in june we called them and told them that we will be sending two payments, for may and june, which we did, westeren union style.

About a week later, western union sends us a letter stating that we must pick up this money because fairbanks has returned it to us. Ok so we called and called and called, left over 20 messages on the answering machine of our loan representative. Again he asked that we send more moneyand we did western union style and they send that back, called and called and you know the routine by now, he asked that we send it back again, and he kept it.

He then supposedly sent out a forbearance form for us to sign and complete, never recieved it. We have been told that we are going into foreclosure, the deputy has been out to the house, serving papers, we have sent over $3200 to them over the last 8-9 months and not yet have we recieved that forberance form that was to be sent fed ex,

We were told that over 30 times, we called and called and, etc, same thing no one would talk to you, call you bck, nothing, so we just thought that we would give up, until we saw a new segment that we were not alone, Fox 13 News, May 21, we were in total shock, bu tin a way happy that we found out that this is for real, that these people are ripping us off. So hopefully, we can all get together to get them off our back and most likely out of lives and their hands off our money.
