Don't Deliver what they promise!

We sent this company $5200.00 in 2004 to help recover bad debt for our company. We have seen NO action from them on anything we have submitted! Every year they charge $250.00 for and Annual Renewal Fee.

I have sent in a bad debt about $3000.00 on a truck repair that was done at the end of 2006. The guy told the collection lady that a major part started causing a problem & wanted his bill reduced. That would have been nice if the guy had said that to us over 2 years ago and not just now! They say he has promised to make payments and I have YET to see any money.

Do not use them as a Collecion Agency your wasting your TIME & MONEY!!!
