Take your money & then do NOTHING!

In 2004 I was despartely trying to solve my debt problem & stumbled across Debt XS. I thought I was on my way to eliminating my debt. I paid Debt XS approximately $7000.00 dolllars from 8 to 1 to settle my debt.

It is now 3 and a half years later & two of the five submitted accounts are still outstanding. It was over a year since I had talked to them regarding my accounts. I did not receive ONE phone call from them. I finally called them in Dec. 2007 and inquired about my accounts. I was told that they were "trying" to settle the lower of the two accounts and they would get back to me... Never heard from them.

I called today and was told that because I hadn't "updated my account savings" was they reason for the delay. So now I have to "wait approximately 45 days" to hear anything on the account settlement.

All of this waiting and "letting them go to collection" as advised by DebtXS, has increased my debt considerably. Becaus of finance charges my once 15,000.00 balance is now $25,000.00 and 10,000.00 is now $20,000.00 and my credit is in the "crapper!"

I am writing this in hopes that someone reads this and will not be scammed by this company too. They are FRAUDS, they do not render the services bought. All they wanted was my money and once they got it, the communication & services with Debt XS declined to NOTHING!
