Excess Fees refund

IBSN charged me a lot more than $500 for processing duty by demonstrating me carrot of additional return. When I settled them cash, and was researching the measurements they've completed, I came across they had created an error and my returns decreased considerably to 1/5 of the initial guaranteed results.

Nonetheless they didn't spend me back the surplus cash they charged me totally and jus did a partial cost and also have since been overlooking my calls and emails and therefore are not returning the surplus costs billed.

Don't visit them, these men are cheaters. Our organization also recently terminated a favored duty merchant agreement together becuase aparently problems were being documented by large amount of my peers.
