Excess Fees Refund not paid

IBSN finished my tax-planning on 2/23 and confirmed me reimbursement of $ 1,707.00 and questioned me to pay for $384.96 for that. And so I settled the fees 3/9 and then I realised that IBSN was asking me to invest $10000 in IRA and then only I will get the refund of $1707.00. Used to donot have that much cash and so I chose to document the duty without IBSN planning. IBSN billed me $85.00 for that and thus IBSN needs to spend $299 back again to me. They finished my document on 4/7 and said they will refund excess costs within 15 times.

To date I've utilized all of the resources My Communications (IBSN Website), Inform Esclated Problems (IBSN Website) and e-mail to ravishankar. Vishnubhotla@ibsnus.com, sasken@ibsnus.com; intelligroup@ibsnus.com, infoexperts@ibsnus.com for doing followups. But I'm receiving same kind of solutions from IBSN and everytime they're providing fresh day to me and till today I've obtained the surplus costs paid by me.

I really donot understand why IBSN is getting so enough time for refunding $299.00 just plus they did not actually be concerned about customer loyality and fulfillment.

If Your client gets such kind of reactions from IBSN, they'll not think IBSN and nobody may document tax together.
