Messing with my payments

We're airforce and directly after we eventually got our vehicle to Germany. All our statement times changed. Therefore we requested citi to alter our cost day towards the to begin the month rather than the 23rd... The said it had been fine. Plus they ended our cost about the 23rd and our next cost might emerge about the 1st of the following month. We've our citi cost appearing out of our state-side lender along side our vehicle insurance. We've an allotment that adopts that consideration about the 30th of every month enough for every of these two bills. Another reason behind the change. After notice citi understand this and obtaining a verification number that anything was taken care of. We went about our business. Well a couple weeks later. We understood they got out the cost about the 23rd still. Plus a payment to the 1st. Which brought our account negative. Which returned our insurance payment. 190 pounds in fees. We required them to repair it. However they needed a statement. Understandable. The woman told us she views they got out an additional cost however now it suggests that we don't owe a fee for two months. Therefore we're able to simply abandon it plus they might simply repay our costs they caused. That was fine. Then. I obtain the bill. A statement sent after i talked with her. A statement featuring both funds which were made. Also to my surprise it stated we owed another cost in several weeks. The woman lied.!! And when I'd have thought her. I'd have experienced another charge on my awful account. Each time i speak with somebody different at citi. They declare the alternative of exactly what the last person i talked to said. I really hope the corporation falls within the recession. As well as the boss looses anything he's for operating this type of horrible company. Clearly he's not worried about maintaining his people happy. Each time I've to keep in touch with these folks it's in regards to a challenge they've caused. Or can't fix. I've handled including worked for all top banks. Which one is undoubtedly the worse one I've every needed to cross. So when this auto loan is done. I'll never.!! Never!!! Cope with this low bank ever. Again in my life time.
