We resolved and shut a charge card with Used Lender in March 09. They keep giving us a statement stating we owe control fees, late fees, and much more. Whenever we named AND LASTLY got to a person support representative (I take advantage of this phrase really freely), we were informed they've NO records about the negotiation... Even if we offered them the expansion figures and titles of the repetitions at Used Lender whom we talked with, they stated there is nothing they'd do. This can be a total fraud - next end may be the AG office. Avoid Used Lender!!!
