The worst bank I have ever encountered

My spouse is military and lately we got positioned in Philippines when shipping our vehicle that people had financing with thru Citi we questioned what we required from their store to ship the vehicle to Germany. They told us simply to send our orders. Therefore we did... We visited deliver our car. But couldnt b/d citi wouldnt agree it to become delivered b/d today they required about 5 additional documents... We lay within an office 6 hours from home. To deliver our vehicle that day. Citi guaranteed the moment they got the documents they'd agree it. Well 4 hours later. They still wouldnt agree it. Nobody spoke excellent english. And although i realized I had been speaking with various people the each time. All of them had the same name. We werent ready to deliver our vehicle that day. It couldnt be delivered before next week. When citi eventually got around to "running" our document work. A-6 hour trip wasted.
