Like many more I also got only the run-around from Pursuit. Our mortgage was initially with WAMU. I would been authorized to get a change with WAMU before these were absorbed by Pursuit. I obtained a notice confirming my loan change acceptance and in regards to a month later got a so-called pleasant notice from Pursuit declaring they'd be overtaking my mortgage. The notice went so far as to express that there could be NO MODIFICATIONS to my mortgage apart from that the funds might currently be produced to Pursue in the place of WAMU. About a few months into producing my new mortgage repayments I realized that the funds weren't being banked by Pursuit and so I went in to the closest part to inquire why and was informed to contact their mortgage division. After I named I had been informed the conditions of the modification were no further relevant which I had a need to begin around and reapply to get a new mortgage loan modification.
