Very Mean, Unprofessional People

I can not believe these people, my account was recently transferred to them; didn't find out until they call me saying they have been writing me, which I never got and they told me I was behind with about $1200.00 and which I was behind two months (monthly $463.00) they must have hit me with all kinds of late charges to come up with $1200.00, because of financial hardship, and I was willing to pay that, and the guy told me that I will be current and he even offered a deferrment to me for the next month, and because I was making too many payments the first of each month it would be more than more helpful to me if, my payment could be change to the 15 of each month, and he told me that can be changed, and he send me two forms, one for the deferred and the other for the change, which I send back and I thought I was current, just to have some lady call me and tell me I needed another payment for April, and she got the supervisor on the line who was more wicked than the mean lady, I went over and over with him that the guy named Leonard had handle my payment, and he told me this and that, which I had documented, they rudely told me, there was no body by that name there. They kept calling me at work harassing me and asking my co workers some things that did not pertain to debt collecting. So, I made a payment again, with a check, and the money sat in my account, for days on in, and then they decided to withdraw, and they were trying to take more out of my account, then they asked for, and my account didn't have quite enough they were trying to collect, the regular payment was in there and the check was rejected, and they started to call again, and I took out the money send them a money gram. I sure hope someone gets a lawsuit going and I'm all for it.
