Pesty nusiance people that call several times a day

I just read a complaint from a lady in TX. I agree with what she is debating about this company or comapanies. I too last year fell behind one month. I made it up the following month along with the current payment. The following month I called in a payment on my CC. They took out two payments worth. I called them and asked why this was. Thier response to me was "sometimes it posts two payments worth, it should reflect in a couple of days as a single payment." Well needless to say a week goes by and then one more and still they did not return the one payment. I filed a claim with WF and I got my one payment back that way. A few days later I received a call from "Centrix" saying that I was behind a payment for January 07. I told them I made that payment and had confirmation #'s to prove it. It took until May for them to leave it alone. I argued with thier personel over and over again about this payment. They told me I didn't need to be so rude and one lady called me an a*hole. I had it up to my neck with them. I have been current for a year now and was late by two days in November. They called my phone like seven times a day from a 1888 # and called my wife's phone about the same amount of times. Just this December I decided to mess with them. I waited until I was seven days from being 30 days late and sent them a payment. From the 21st of December to January 14 I received a total of 115 calls in a 23 day period wich includes my wifes phone. I consider this harrasment! They can't call me trying to collect a debt until I am 30 days past the due date; not one day! They also call my work phone which is a company cell phone and I have repeatadly asked them not call that #, and they still insist on calling it. Well I am going to do the same thing this month, I have a check written and waiting to send. I will answer thier calls and tell them that unless they stop calling me so much they will get the payment atleast one day prior to me being 30 days late. I financed 12,995 in December 05, my balance is $ 9,545.00 to this date. When is the amount of my payoff going to drop. The loan will appreciate next year. This is a 64 month loan. The math just doesn't figure up to what my payment schedule shows from the dealership. I have recently finaced another vehicle for the same amount with lower payments that I will have paid off before this one is, what the %$#@!!!
