Frederick J. Hanna & Associates dont want to collect and debt only want to make harassing phone calls

OK they send me bill for 2 accounts OK I agree to send $20 an month because i agree to pay off another creditor for the next 90 days. Lady keeps on calling me and making harassing phone calls when she clearly don't want to collect this debt only wants to make harassing phone called to me. I asked for another person to handle my account ok so i got check for $200 i offered to make payment $200 she said this account is not there to collect on this debt but for them to sue me. They refuse to take any payments. All they want to do is play games. I sent an payment and was told (don't send another payment to this law office we are not here to collect this debt.) what are you here for to harass me on the phone for an debt then refuse to collect after i offer payment who looks like the ass now? I am fixing to go to the court house and file an charge for harassment by this law firm they don't want to collect and debt if they clearly did they would take my payment for time being until we can make other arrangements. All i can afford for 90 days is $20 an month. I need to pay another creditor before they do the same file an law suit. I signed an legal agreement with another creditor to pay them off first. They are just law suit happy company don't want to collect any money. I should show up and tell the judge i offered an payment and got cussed out. What low life scum bags i am making an effort to make this right and they refuse step of the every way. I turned to FTC and BBB fixing to turn to GA attorney general office.
