Crooks that are destroying the American dream.By stealing from the Public Kris krody and Jim Francis

This company is doing criminal activity and passing it off as business. I received a contract to acqurie $100,000 in credit over twelve months.in the contract it stated I would have to pay $2999 to acquire this business credit. I would pay $1500 as a deposit and then in thirty days, pay the balance.

I paid the $1500 in the form of a check that was picked up via Fed EX. Kris Krody promised that I would recieve at least one dollar worth of business credit before the balanced would be collected. A month went by and I did not recieve anything so I was waiting on the phone call.

The phone call came in threatening my company with legal action for breach of contract. So I prepared my legal team and sent out an email an got a response immediately, promising that the situation was handled in appropriately and that the my contract would be honored. Its been five months with no contact or redress to my money, a refund or any form of business credit. I will follow this to the fullest extent of the law and will not stop until it justice is served and no one else is affected by this company.
