FanFare Media Fabfare Media uses deceptive tactics and fails to fullfill contract (breach of contract)

"Steve" a representative of Fanfare Media (Soaps and Sports) talked me into a contract where I would receive two ads for the price of one. I then received my first statement and it in no way represented the contract that I was initially presented. There was no second ad mentioned and the payment structure as well as the amounts were incorrect.

I immediately contacted the billing department assuming that there was a mistake. They refused to correct the statement. Basically they told me to pay up and that the amounts were correct. They also stated that the contract could not be canceled.in reality, once a contract is breached it has been canceled. I am going to pursue this matter to the full extent allowed by the Legal System. I encourage anyone who has been intimidated
or ripped off by these guys to follow suit. What I have in my favor is very thorough documentation including original contract vs. The statement I received. I will hold specific employees, contractors, and independent contractors of Fanfare Media personally liable for any harm to my credit, legal cost I may incur, and hardship that I may endure during this process. Looking forward
to my day in court where Justice will be served and rip-off companies like this will be exposed and forced to pay for their fraudulent practices.
