Dyerbeech
Company did not fulfill its contractual obligations

Contracted in Dec 08 with the company and paid an upfront fee to negotiate with my lenders and get a loan modification and reduction in rates. We were down to one income and I needed help. Followed up each week and was told loan mod. Was progressing.in late Apr was told we werer 30 to 60 days away from a modification settlement. May 6 was notified Dyerbeech was out of business. Contacted my lenders myself and was told that Dyerbeech sent some information in Feb. But had not followed up since then.

In phone calls in Mar, Apr and May was assured everything was moving along. This was not factual and a lie according to my lenders.
