I received notification of being a winner of more than $3 million and has gone unclaimed. There were three other names of recipients, all with different colorred checkmarks in boxes next to their names, that they had received their monies. Each were in three other states in the United States.
Another line read:

I haven't been to Vegas since 1975 and would have no idea how this person retained my name.
They also stipulated that when sending in the confirmation with your signature to enclose $20 for the report-release fee. When you win money, you don't have to pay for that. That says it right there. It's a scam to make $20 from many individuals nationwide when you have to pay to find out you won something.
