And Clint Pyatt Fraud and Scam Artists — Lawsuit Pending

Stay away from this company they are nothing but scammers. One of their representatives told me nothing but lies. I was uncomfortable with this employee, so I called one of their managers, Jeff Zella. He "validated" what the employee (who no longer works there) said. They scammed me out off $12,000. Jeff Zella told me that he locked me into a 30 year fix at 4.5% VA loan which I never got. After the refinance paperwork was sent to me, I ended up with over a 5.0%. He also told me that I would not have to pay anything "out of Pocket." Well, I paid for an appriasal. Then they tried to collect another $4,000 at closing. Forget about calling them, they do not answer nor return phone calls. They got their money and now don't want to hear a word from me. I contacted the Department of Real Estate to find out they are not a licensed company. They run their loans through another company so they pass the responsibility to a company I never new I was working with (violation #1). They are required by the DRE to provide a Good Faith Estimate and MLDS (Mortgage Loan Disclosure Statement). These were never provided (violation #2). Jeff Zella is an unlicensed by the DRE (violation #3). I have learned about all of these violation from my brother, my attorney. I feel so stupid that I fell for this company's tricks, lies, and scams. Don't fall for it. Run away as fast and as far as you can.

If you look at their website, it says nothing about loans. It only says Loan Modifications.By the way, this company has only been in existance for three months. Another lie by Jeff Zella, who told me they have been around for years.

My attorney has filed a lawsuit against Jeff Zella and American Summit Capital to not only get my money back, but protect any other borrowers from being duped by this fraudulent company.
