Jeff Stampfli Lies, Decieves, Waste of Time, No Communication, Does Not Know what He is Doing

I began dealing with Rob and his organization in regards to a month before. Rob went my credit and mentioned that I had been pre-competent to get a home mortgage and that I "must begin looking to get a house, " and when I discover one, contact him and he'll supply me the prequalification notice and so I might publish my present. A week ago, after months of looking, and likely to a variety of qualities, investing the breaks operating throughout California to locate a house, the spouse and that I eventually discovered a location that might be ideal for us. We'd the Broker we were dealing with document all the paperwork, and we were simply awaiting the pre qualification notice. And so I attempted to contact Rob in his workplace, on his cell, and delivered several emails to obtain a your hands on him and acquire the notice. Rob never delivered just one reaction, and so I subsequently talked together with his supervisor, George. He began to consider my document and explained that I'd obtain a call-back in 30-min. 24 hours later (Day 4 of me attempting to reach him and obtain some solutions) I obtained a contact from Rob declaring that I had been unable to be authorized, atleast not without extra function, more factors, along with a bigger deposit. This obviously was a totally unique melody from prior discussions with Rob. And so I wasn't ready to obtain the house we invested months trying to find, and today I'm dealing with the best organization to help me and a realtor of this organization who really understands what he's referring to, and doesn't inform me something that isn't accurate.

if you should be considering dealing with this Mickey Mouse business, or with Rob Stampfli herself, I'd counsel you to prevent them-like the trouble. They're a pain towards the business, and therefore are only an enormous waste of time.
