No conference calls on Magicjack

Jeff: I also have a problem getting on to conference calls. I am diverted to a magicjack confernece number which does me no good

Jeff: I believe the number I have been calling is on Magicjacks blacklist

Maxwell: Please let your conference service provider email us at connect2magicJack@magicJack.com, in order for you to connect them back.

Jeff: I have contacted them and they have refered me to the FCC and a complaint has been filed against magicjack

Maxwell: Do they have sent us email already?

Jeff: I assume that they had. They already had a form ready to complain to the FCC

Maxwell: Okay.

Jeff: That doesn't solve my problem. I bought magicjack so I didn't have to use my cell to get on these conferences

Jeff: why are they blocking these numbers

Maxwell: That is to prevent from abusive users, Jeff.

Jeff: These problems are making look into other services such as TK6000. I would like to use majicjack.

Jeff: I don't understand how a conference call is a abusive use.

Jeff: I thought we had unlimited use

Jeff: a couple of hours a week is not abusive

Maxwell: Yes, you have. However, because of such, there are some users abused the uses.

Jeff: So I am being penalized because of someone else. How can you abuse unlimited< I was never told that there are certain numbers I cannot call

Jeff: This is called false advertising

Maxwell: Abusive use is when calling to anyone which join to conference for nothing.

Jeff: I don't understand what you said. If someone else sets up a conference and I cannot get into it because the number is being diverted is called false advertising. I should be able to call any US number.

Maxwell: Yes, you can call to any US numbers, anyway.

Jeff: Any number but the conference number I need to get into
