Jeff Turner, K9 Solutions, Dope Dog Would not pay my 19 year old son for work done had to go to DA to file criminal charges to get paid

Jeff Turner wrote my son a check for service provided and than stopped payment on the check. My son had to go to the DA to file theft by fraud he did finally get paid. Jeff if the polarized version of a scam artist. He works out of his garage and tries to pass dogs as service dogs to the unsupecting public. Lies about location, training recieved, certifications, and worst of all tried to take advantage of a 19 year old.
