VP Darren Juskavitz, And Numerous Other Morons have defrauded me and maybe you by inaccurately posting payments, refusing to service loan, and ultimately reposessing vehicle

Never allow Wachovia Dealer Services to ever service your automobile loan - -walk first before you finance an automobile with this company!

WDS inaccurately posted payments to my account, reports errroneous information into my credit file, refused to continue to service my account claiming it was late. (Rumored their new owner Wells Fargo told them to get rid of their debt accounts)

Later WDS sent back to me a check I wrote to them 4 months earlier that they had received, franked, yet lost, which actually caused the loan to be late in the first place... Imagine the intelligence of that...

It doesn't matter if you speak with one of their $8. Oo / hr customer service morons or with a VP like Darren Juskavitz... You get the same crap..inCOMPETENCE...!

Ultimately, once I filed an OCC complaint, and a mediation lawsuit, they repossessed the car when it was 1 month past due (that they caused)... Great way to do business... But I guess you are not actually doing business anymore since another bank had to recently bail you out of your "business practices"

Congradulations... I sincerely hope every one of you lose your jobs to someone that is capable of doing the job correctly, afterall, isn't it the American taxpayers that pay your current salaries? Maybe we should also write your performance reviews...
