Bill pay sent $25,158.00 instead of $251.58, refund missing

Wells Fargo Bill Pay should have paid $251.58 on 3/16/09. Instead they emptied my savings and paid $25,158.00. Both Wells Fargo representatives and I have been trying for just under a month now to get my money back. The supervisor, Brooke at 520-662-8989 ext. 47431, has never even returned one of our calls. Getting through to anyone who is not in India on the customer service number, 800-283-7918, is tough, but every time I do speak to someone I am assured it is being handled. But no one can tell me when (or if) I will ever see my money again.

Can anybody out there help me or direct me to someone who can? There is no way to get through to anyone who gives a darn at CitiMortgage. My advice: they are impossible to deal with. Avoid them at all costs! I understand that the error is not their fault. But at least one returned call would go a long way.
