Has gotten my credit card information and has taken money from my account

I visited dog2go.com for a free advertizment to sell a pup. I do not recall signing or filling out any credit card information. I would never give my account number to anyone unless i was purchasing something and then i make sure i know the company and have done business with them before. My statement shows PAYPAL*DOG2GO.com 29.00 charged to me on 03/02. How on earth they got my credit card number baffles me. I had tried to set up an account with pay pal over five yrs ago and when a charge was made to my credit card that was not authorized I wrote paypal and discriptively told them to never EVER charge me or any of my financial institutions for anything ever again. I also told them that i wanted nothing to do with them ever. I then went to my bank and asked them to make a note on all of my accounts that paypal WAS NOT AUTHORIZED ever... To take or remove or charge me for anything, that they had no business ever in any of my accounts. I made this perfectly clear.
Recently chase has taken over washington Mutual and only two months after the merge, pay pal got into one of my accounts. How this happened i have no idea as i had switched every card i had over five yrs ago, just so paypal would not have my card numbers. When i contacted dog2go.com they told me that they knew nothing about the charge and that i should report paypal to my credit card company. That i have done. Do not use paypal!
