Card Holder Services... SCAM! They wouldn't give out any other name... They offered to lower my interest rates IF I gave them my credit card #'s and security code! When I started asking for verifying information and they hung up... I had three calls from them today! I am on the national do not call list, with this scam I doubt if it matters... I suppose they will just dump the cell phone before getting caught.
