They call and promise to lower your interest rates on open credit card accounts with high interest rates. You automatically qualify if you are currently not behind on making payments. I was almost talked into this then I found a scam complaint online. Luckily I was still on the phone with the person. When I told her about the scam complaint she hung up on me. Now the number they called me from is not accepting calls. This is all just a hoax to get $998. Xx charged to your credit card.
