Company called my cell phone on 11/28 even though number on National Do Not Call list
Called themselves "Card Services" and pitched a "final notice" to reduce interest rate on credit card debt.
Asked for name of company - caller refused to give a name
Asked for business location - caller hung up on me
This is a scam
