Dishonest, fraudulent, theives the business that doesnt give a dam

My daughter and I both banked a Bank of America. She has already left them after they ripped her off for approximately 150 dollars in overdraft fees, that they were responsible for. If a card has no money on it most merchants get a decline, not with bank of america, they let you make a 5 dollar purchase so you can pay them 30 each time.

Additionally, they create their banking rules as they go. They rob from the poor to give to the rich. They hold your money and don't allow access to it for unreasonable periods as they did me.

I deposited a check and just knew my money was there. Come to find out they decided to hold my money for one week. The claim, it was an out of town check. How strange its the same out of town check I deposit on a regular basis and is always available the next day.

Like everyone says, they train their employees to be inconsiderate to its customers and to hell with what we say they are not making corrections or admitting fault no matter how much at fault they are.

Its the worse bank to deal with and if anyone is smart, including those who maintain the $5,000 balances, they would leave this bank at the border and take all their money and find a new bank. I think the FTC needs to investigate its practices.
