Citibank/citimortgage
Trying to purposely default their customers

So we've a mortgage through citimortgage which company that is getting larger and larger with every breath is attempting to default your mortgage purposely. I've tried for days over per week now to pay for my house cost online when i usually do and you know what their site is down. They keep telling me they're focusing on it. Meanwhile they recommend i spend them within the phone one more twenty dollars to complete a telephone cost. Yeah right. Our payment was due about the first having a late-payment occurring after the ninth. The late payment will be $9.77. Well by today they've called me everyday because the 2nd of the month that was one day late on my cost, they've named 5-10 times each day. I'll not give these scammers a penny of this late charge i'll visit my grave with that money and they're now likely to see exactly what a press ho i'm trigger beginning today i'm likely to go to every media store i will find and complain about this. Do not trust citibank they'll screw with you something bad!
