Promised to negiotate with my present mortgage company. They ripping me off thousands of dollars and failed to retrun my money after they could not deliver what they promised. Phoenix

My name is Jean and I too was ripped off by America Center. They asked for almost $5000 upfront with the guarantee that they will negiotate with my mortgage company. All the red flags were there, I just did not pay attention because i was so desperate and was already three monts behind on my mortage payments.

They forbid me to contact my mortgage and told me not even to answer their phone calls. I was becaming very unease and after a few days and been told that the process could take up to 120 days I requested a cancellation and asked for a refund.

That's when it all seem clear that this company was not not only unprofessional they started to be irate and told me that i would be sleeping under a tent soon. They told me that my mortgage does not care anything about me and refused to refund my money.

Please, if there is anyone out there that recieve a call from America Center just hang up the phone immidiatley and rip up any letter you get in the mail.

This company is RIP-OFF and needs to be out of business. They cannot help you and will only rob ypu of you hard-earned money.
