Beware! Caution! Don't Be Fooled!

This company asked for a $5000 fee to assist me with talking to my mortgage company. They claimed that their company guarantees results in lowering your ARM mortgage or your money would be refunded. When I read the fine print, there was no such guarantee! The guarantee was only if they did not present your mortgage company with a proposal, which they are determined to do in order to get your money.

When I decided to not proceed with their assistance, Phil called me an "idiot" and said that he would charge my credit card the fee anyway and hung up the phone on me. He called back and said that regardless of not proceeding with their company, he was still charging me and that there was nothing I could do about it. I also received an email from him stating, "Good luck now you have no options!", which proves that their company is unprofessional and a SCAM!

I advise others to look at the ftc. Gov website to find answers to their questions in this time of mortgage crisis and BEWARE of companies like these who prey on those trying to keep their homes from foreclosure!
