Mortgage Application

I recently completed a web-based software to get a mortgage with Navy Federal. My spouse and that I had spent months searching for an ideal home. Whenever we discovered one which she liked and was within our budget range (did I note I had been currently pre-competent for $176,000), I posted the applying. I had been approached the next day by Stephanie Flythe from Navy Federal Credit Union. Much to my dismay she advised me that my mortgage couldn't be authorized (it had been for $160,000). We approached our agent and advised her that people couldn't obtain the mortgage. Times later she named and requested to get a notice from Navy Federal declaring that people were refused. I named Navy Federal and talked, once more, with Stephanie Flythe. She explained that she couldn't deliver the notice since my mortgage was not refused. She'd drawn the applying since she did not believe it'd be authorized. Therefore today I've to publish a brand new software since she cannot work my previous one because it was from last month (a week ago). And so I am today however officially under agreement to purchase a home that I've not gotten financing. Question me this NFCU... Why might I take some time to complete and sign up easily did not need one to approach it? A level greater issue could be, why cannot I be authorized for financing that's significantly less than what I had been pre-certified for? Why cannot I be authorized to get a Virginia mortgage that's quaranteed from the Virginia to become compensated? Is not that said to be the advantage of the Virginia? Does not appear to be a lot of an advantage at this time. I have been with NFCU for more than 8 years and not had any difficulties with funds on something why are they informing me no today without actually operating my software?
