Beware of doing credit card charge backs as a consumer, Navy Federal will ignore your dispute and reverse it w/out investigation!

I filed a charge back on a company for fraud who in turn disputed it. Navy federal sent me a copy of the rebuttal with notice to reply by a certain time. I sent in my reply with delivery confirmation showing they received it 7 days before the deadline, with further documentation of this company being a scam by Navy Federal ignored my reply and gave the company back the money they stole from me.

I want to warn everybody I can to beware opening charge cards with navy federal. If you have any unauthorized charges, navy federal will NOT stand by their customer!
