There's something fishy here. Bank of America shows me having a credit card and a debt of $2880 — both of which do not exist since mid 2007. And they admit it. But for some reason, the customer service agents I've talked to are unable to make this go away. If this is happening to millions of others, B of A could — on some set of phony books — show billions in debt owed. Or am I alone on this? Filed Feb.
