On January 5 bank Of America illegally withdrew the sum of $500.00 from my checking account at Suncoast Federal Credit Union. I have never had an account nor owed any debt to Bank of America. This was done without my knowledge or approval. Bank Of America has admitted their error but has not replaced the sum of $500.00 back in my account. They have given me one excuse after another as to why it is taking so long to replace the money they have stolen from me.

I am a widow and on a fixed income. I have since developed heart problems and illness from this situation and the stress it has placed upon me. As of today they told me they are still waiting on one more signature to release my money back to me but in the same breath stated it could take several more weeks before that signature would be obtained! I am in desperate need of this money for medicine and living expenses. Please someone help me.
