Illegal accoutning practices

Four years ago i purchased home furnishings using citi financial offering me fives years same as cash.

Things went well until three and one-half years in. A "late" payment was recorded.

Then another, and another, and another... You get the picture.

NO payments have ever been late... They are electronic and released five to ten days prior to the due date! My banking system informs me when citi accepts the payments as well.

Guess what? One was late in october (shame on me!) but no others.

They are a real of #@^*$s to try and deal with. All you can get is someone that will only give their first name, no id # and they tell you there is no one above the supervisor in a management capacity for customer service/relations!

It is truely amazing that a company that depends solely on the public for it's very existence can represent themselves in such a manner.
