Debt management agreement - Customer Service

I entered into a debt management agreement when I was unemployed. Citi terminated me for "late payment" even though the payments have been on time (through a counseling service) and above minimum (for all but one payment which was for minimum). They did this by not adhering to the agreed due date. One would think that since the Citi agreement was entered into their system in July and I started paying in June, with consistent and above minimum payments, they would be "early", not late.

Trying to solve this through their contact number with people who speak marginal English is even worse.
