Fraud dep with out the help... Los angeles

I would like everyone to know that BANK OF AMERICA woes my husband $17,000 dollars and yet they cant find him in the system... MY husband was sent to jail and so his wallet was stolen and he had his ATM card in there and next thing you know the money keept coming out of his account while he WAS BEHIND BARS. So who was taking out such a large amount from the ATM?

While we NOW know who did. And so i have called their FRAUD DEPT and didnt anything from them and then they told me to call all this depts and yet nothing... How can A bank with such a high name can make such a missed up choice. My husbands mom was the only other person whom had accesess to the account and the bank didnt even try to contact her to sk if they were awar that so much money was being taken from this account with out that account holder.

Bankof amercia owes my husband his money back and help put that person that did this behind bars... Because of this we REALLLY ARE BROKE!!! Ihave been too nice but noe i want everyone to know that you cant trust your bank to protec your money in case of emergency then who will??? In this case bank of america doent care, so why should you trust them to SAVE ur money...
