Bank Of America
My husband replaced the name of his passed away wife in the money manager account. After we separated the Bank change all the papers, the kind of account without my authorization

Business & Finance

My husband added me to his Money Manager Account. It was linked to his investments.
After we got separated the Bank changed all the information in the accounts and transformed it into a Money Manager "checking account". This is a fraud. They changed even the statements. That way I was not entitled to anything.

My husband entered into my apartment helped by people (I know who they are but i do not want to give many explanations until some investigation starts), he took all of to papers I had related to Bank of America.

The girl who took care of us when I was added to the account was fired.

I asked for the statements and when they were delivered to me through the Bank office, the director at that moment, helped by other worker, did not want to give them to me. My mother was dying in my native country and I went there for less than two weeks after she passed away. During that time, my husband opened my mail box where I lived.
I believe now they installed cameras in my apartment.

I need a lawyer to sue Bank of America. I am a honest, correct but naive person.
