Vivian stole my money, lied to me about why she needed it and what she was using it for. I got her information through mutual friends because I wanted to buy a house, she made me pay her each time we met, telling me that I would get the money back at closing, promising me that we would find the house of my dreams. That the money was financing all of the work she was doing for me.

We looked at about 5 houses, had to pay per hour for her, didn't realize this wasn't common, I've never bought a house before. After $2,500 she stopped returning my calls. I went to her office not there. I have tried to locate her, but impossible.

She is being sued by her family, she has no friends, she pretends she is part of the community but she is only trying to destroy peoples lives. She puts up a very innocent front, makes it easy to trust her. Please do not. There are lies behind her fake friendliness.

I informed the Better business Bureau, and Century 21 who she operated under, and also the Attorney General. Please be aware.
