Everyone beware when purchasing or selling your home with denise derbez!

It took her 3 months to sell my house in which the potential buyers backed out of the deal on the day of the closing! We were assured by DENISE and her company CENTURY 21 that the buyers were good and they had their financing. All the contracts were signed. DENISE did not make sure these buyers had their financing in place and we were taken advantage of! On the closing date, after moving all of our belongings out of the house, later found out these buyers had no financing and had no real intention to purchase my home! DENISE had no idea about this until I phoned to tell her!

Do not go to denise derbez at century 21 home realty!

All they care about is getting their commission!

She will not represent you once you become her client!

DENISE and Century 21 are evil people who will f* with your life!

DO NOT go to her or anyone who works at Century 21 if you are looking to sell or purchase your home, they will not represent you and they will all screw you over!

DENISE has no idea what she is doing, and has no real real estate licence/credentials!
