They destroy my yard

I been renting a TV for about a year and paying my bills most of the time when I was suppoused to, about 3 weeks ago one employee of Rent A Center came to my house and collected $444,00 in cash, but he stole it and never was put in my bill, last week the same person who stole my money came to my house and threat to come back later with his friends and trash my house and my cars if I got him fired, He tried to force my door open and park his big truck in my lawn and destroy it, at this point I called the police and they came and filed a complaint, I call the manager and the district manager and explain what happen but they believed the employee Freddy and told me to avoid complications to return my TV which I refused to do it since I already put $2500,00 on it, now they are reporting me as a thief and harras me at least 5 times a day. The guy who stole my money is still working there and he comes to my house often to try to break in and take the TV.
