Long time customer saying bye to Bank Of america

I have been having problems with bank of america for 4 months now. They charged me for free checking in my business then charged me an over draft fee. They removed the charge for the free checking but never removed the fee for overdraft.

This started a spiral and could not get any help from my local branch. I have watched them have items in my online in pending then move to paid. Then dissappear and move back to pending.

I have paid over and over and over for free checking. I was told by one employee that I should just pay cash if i cannot get my checking account in order.

I have payed more in fees than I have made in my business account. I am going to remove all my money from Bank of america and I have been a customer for a long time.

I have read all the complaints on here and seeing that it is not just me I will make sure anyone that will listen what has transpired.
