Bank Of America
This company Twice has stolen Money out of my Personal and business checking with my permission

Business & Finance

I have a old business credit card with Bank of America from 2004. I opened a new business with 3 new partners in 207. We opened a business checking account with Bank of America. The collection department of credit card services of Bank of America and I came to agreement to pay $107 a month towards the debt. After 1 month they Processed a cash draft from my local branch for my balance of my new business bank account. They claimed I personally guarunteed the payment. They left me and my business owners with 0 in our account. $3,000 was drafted from our account without our permission.

They Faxed a slip to my local branch and made a teller withdrawal all of money down to ZERO. We had pending charges and outstanding checks being processed... THEY don't care...

Her stage name at the corp office is Summer at 800-848-6083 x 15584

They are thieves! They did not have my permission. Even with personal responsiblity as they claim, they stole money from our business account. Owned by 4 people with me listed as one of the principals. To boot, I never even signed up for the credit card. My old partner did.

NEVER deal with Bank of America or this will happen to you.
