Keep billing after cancellation

Went in to the gym to stop our subscriptions, and was informed from the table twirp they might just be terminated written down. I stated, good - please provide me some document along with a pencil. Twirp claims it's to be always a sent notice. Somehow, I doubt the legitimacy of the, but because he was declining to get my handwritten termination, what option did that keep me? We were attempting to look after this while we were in the region. Could not actually make use of the gym anymore because we shifted, and hadn't been there for all weeks. I named the gym the next week (before regular payment) and talked using the "billing individual", who stated that I'dnot be charged easily delivered the notice. I delivered the notice, named work to ensure they obtained the letter (they did) plus they stated they'd "create a notice" and so I didnot get charged. Well, they obtained my notice, but charged me anyhow. I named the gym again, and got some runaround about there must be thirty days notice, which I will still make use of the gym for a long period, blah, blah, blah... I informed her I had been rescheduling since I really could not make use of the gym, and did not desire to be charged anymore. I needed my money refunded. She recommended that I deliver a contact requesting the reimbursement. I did so, and got no reaction. Per month later, I submitted my unique mail and required an answer. I eventually got an answer from their area supervisor, stating this is actually the first he is found out about it, I'd obtain a reimbursement instantly, sorry for that miscommunication, plus they could not find some of my data within their database. How handy. Not just did I NOT obtain the reimbursement, but I acquired charged AGAIN. I have been calling them for six months today! These folks won't return some of my calls or e-mails, they WOn't provide my cash back. Don't provide these thieves use of your cash. They're shady and also have no company ethics or ethics.
