Canceled order they still billed me

I recently attempted to put an order online with harriet carter. I attempted to put it using my paypal bill however it was declined. I believe since among the products had a cost of $0.00. I subsequently attempted my charge card also it was also a number go. So to ensure it'd not inadvertently be charged I struck "stop". About the following Monday, I obtained a contact having said that "did you overlook anything?" I visited the website to AGAIN stop the purchase. 3 nights later I obtained another mail, this time around stating my purchase had delivered! Used to donot actually understand the buying price of them which was outlined as $0.00! I named Harriet Carter & talked to some boss called Greta who stated I really could decline the purchase. No apologies. But did claim she'd instantly return my cash, an overall total of $113.90. (the initial purchase was $22.94!) 24 hours later which obviously is nowadays, I examine my bank stability with no reimbursement.interesting how they are able to INSTANTLY consider the cash out-of my consideration but cannot INSTANTLY place it back. The deal came today via FedEx. I declined it however they do not provide bills and so I named Harriet Carter to tell them I declined it and also to create notice of it in my own consideration notes. And was informed the reimbursement was just released today and certainly will not appear for another three or four Business days. Nowadays is FRIDAY. So I wont observe that cash till perhaps Tues. Harriet Carter fraudulently had a product on the website for $0.00 and fraudulently charged me for an order that I did so NOT okay and delivered a canceled order to me. This is really completely incorrect!
